What we collect

MapFromMemory collects the email address you use to create an account, sign in, buy access, and contact support.

Account and payments

We use WorkOS for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. Those services receive the information needed to provide login and checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Practice progress

Your drawing progress, saved canvas data, reference marks, and lesson settings are stored in your browser local storage for your signed-in user. Clearing browser data can remove that local progress.

If you email support, we use your message and email address to reply and help with account, payment, or refund questions.
