Refund window
If MapFromMemory is not a fit, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
How to request
Send your account email and any Stripe receipt details to [email protected]. We may ask for details needed to find the payment.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Access may be removed after a refund.
